How long have you worked for 3 Way
I started working for 3Way in 2001 then after 15 years I decided it was time to leave and try something new. After 7 years away I decided to come back to re-join the 3Way team. Since I started with 3Way all those years ago I have always been made to feel like part of the family unit.
Outside of work
I enjoy going to gigs and festivals and love walking with my family and dog. I Absolutely adore spending time with my friends and family and socialise with them as much as I possibly can.
Albie Tyler
Contract Manager & Pest Control Manager
Albie Tyler
My main responsibilities within 3Way are to effectively and efficiently lead my teams to achieve our common goals to provide outstanding service to our customer’s whilst proactively developing employee’s within the business.
I work closely with all departments to ensure the smooth running of operations are met, to stay compliant with current regulations and procedures, cascade any business updates and engage with my team to ensure moral is at its highest.
I am passionate about developing people, there is a fine line between leadership and management, people and process’s and I feel very proud seeing our team rise to the occasions and succeed.
How long have you worked for 3 Way
I have worked for 3Way since April 2013, I started as a part time office cleaner.
At the time I didn’t think about progressing with 3Way my main goal was to achieve full time work, after being offered cover roles and meeting other colleagues, managers and directors it quickly became apparent I enjoyed who I worked for and the work I was doing.
My development started from there and is still ongoing.
Outside of work
This is always a tricky question as my interests change so much, I am an avid fitness enthusiast.
My fiancée and I bought our first house last year and it had to completely renovated to become a home. This was challenging and stressful but we accomplished the task. I am very much an amateur at DIY but I thoroughly enjoy researching and learning new things. My mind set is “what’s the worst that can happen” (generally this is followed by a phone call to Barry our resident master of all trades)
My fiancée and I are due to be married in September this year which is an exciting time for us, we both are very inpatient and can’t wait for the day.
We have a new addition to our family, our puppy Louie, finishing work and coming home to him being so excited to see us really brightens our day, we love taking him for walks and to run around in the park with other dogs.
Elizabeth Johns
Executive Assistant
Elizabeth Johns
My primary duties involve assisting Anthony and Lucy Webb with the operational day to day aspects of the business. The role has evolved naturally over the past few months to include website management, B Corporation certification, organising charity & social events, and exploring methods to enhance our environmental impact.
Coming in from a very formal corporate background it is very refreshing to find a company like 3Way that genuinely fosters your skills and passion for personal development.
How long have you worked for 3 Way
I have worked for 3Way since January 2024, so very new to the company, but made to feel like a member of the family since day one.
Outside of work
I have two young boys so they keep me very busy. The youngest is massively into rugby so many weekends and evenings are spent on the side lines cheering him on and moaning about the rain!
When not being a taxi for the boys I like to get outside in fresh air. I am very lucky to live in a small village so plenty of walks and bike rides in the countryside (when the sun is out).
We also like to travel whenever possible, most recently to the East Coast of America and the farthest being New Zealand where we lived for a year.
When not working and chauffeuring a lot of my time is taken up volunteering within the local community, back in 2019 we raised money to regenerate the playground, providing much needed outdoor facilities for children of all ages, and we continue to hold fundraising/community events which go towards supporting people and project in anyway we can. It is very rewarding!
Helen Dockrill
Head of Customer Service
Helen Dockrill
My role as head of Customer Service is to work closely with 3Way management and operations to provide an exceptional Customer Service experience and to maintain best practices for efficient communication. We want our clients to stay with us, and many of them do, and customer service is so important to ensuring that.
My job is to listen and fulfil customers’ needs. I can quickly identify the individual need for each customer and aim to deliver the correct allocation of resources to make this a reality.
I am proud of the relationship that I have built up with many over the years and I am passionate about delivering the best support that I can and aim to address issues quickly and with minimum fuss.
How Long have you worked for 3 Way
So the question is “What do I like about working for 3Way?” the answer is simple they are part of my family. I started working for them nearly 20 years ago as a cleaner to raise some extra income and little did I know that they would become such an important part of my life. This is so much more than just a job. I have always felt that you can achieve anything within 3Way. You can reach as high as you want to go or happily stay at the pace that you are comfortable with. The support that you are given not only on a professional level but also a personal level is support that you would only normally expect from family. We all have days where we think “I don’t want to go to work today” especially in the tough times that 2020 has given us but I actually wouldn’t want to or ever imagine myself working anywhere else.
Outside of work
I would say that I am in the perfect job as I love to talk and tell funny stories to which I have many from over the years.
I love DIY, it is my passion. Taking on a project when it is looking at its worst, having a vison of what it could become and then turning that vision into a reality is so rewarding. I think this is the same when you are cleaning as you get an end result, you reach your goal or your target and feel proud of what you have achieved.
I hope that I am a compassionate person and this helps in my role as Customer Service Manager. It helps me build a relationship with the client and a trust that they feel that when they talk I listen and act upon their requests.
